Returns & Exchanges Policy
- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise for an exchange within 15 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for the exchange, the product must have its original tags intact.
- The customer must exchange the merchandise at their own expense to our address, preferably through a courier that can be traced with a tracking number.
- Items will be exchanged at the current prevailing price. In case the item is no longer available, exchanges can be made with a different item at its current price.
- We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty.
- Refunds will be issued to bank accounts only.
- Please note that no cash refunds will be made.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
- Items bought on sale cannot be refunded or returned.
- Items purchased at full price that go on sale will be exchanged at the discounted price
- Online sale items can be exchanged in our retail stores only accompanied with receipts
- Items on sale cannot be exchanged unless they are defected/wrong products
- In case of a defected/wrong product received, complaints need to be lodged within 48 hours from the order delivery date
- The following information needs to be provided by the complainant when lodging the complaint online:
- Order Number
- Picture of the product highlighting the defect
- Picture/Scan of invoice
- Picture of parcel
